Either of these add ons might help. They both work by detecting keywords and threads with the keywords require mod approval before they get posted.
Andy might already have something like this that's stopping a lot more. It's hard to prevent everything just by keyword but it could help some. I don't really know how effective they are since I've never implemented one myself.
