Spending gold from the bank is now active, with catches as follows:
Only the Armory has the code to process spending from the bank.
It checks the gold on hand to see if you have enough to spend. You may have enough in the bank to complete the purchase, but still get the "Not enough gold" error. Spending more than you have banked will NOT work.
You may only spend from one source or the other. The spend from bank, then on hand resources is not enabled.
