Cities: Must be no more than 3 spaces in the name. Start with a capital letter. Nothing offensive. No real places, unless its really well disguised.
Players: No spaces, nothing offensive.

I will allow most things within limits, at my discretion. However, if I find something I don't like (statements in the names, racist remarks, etc), I will not hesitate to change names. I've already gone and done some of the cities, please don't make me have to do it again.
